“Mr. Thomas Russell Ritchie, a member of the staff of Messrs. Levin and Co., Ltd., died yesterday from influenza. Mr. Ritchie, who resided at Khandallah, was treasurer of the local bowling club. He was also a member of the vestry of St. Barnabas Church. At the funeral the Khandallah Bowling Club was represented by Messrs. G. Finn, J. A. Plimmer, Lyall, McCarthy, and Living, and Messrs. Levin and Co., Ltd., by Messrs. A. E. Mabin, Goldfinch, and Morgan. Mrs. Ritchie is seriously ill with influenza.”
